Refund policy

At Jeté, all pieces are produced through a preorder model to reduce overproduction and create more intentionally. Preorders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund; after this period, cancellations are no longer accepted as production planning begins. We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (excluding original shipping fees). Due to the limited nature of preorder production, exchanges are subject to availability. If an order is delayed by more than 45 days beyond the estimated shipping window, customers may request a cancellation and full refund.
