At Jeté, all pieces are produced through a preorder model, meaning each order is made in limited production after purchase to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks for production and order preparation before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier, and delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Jeté is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not shipped within 45 days beyond the estimated shipping window, you may contact us to request an update or discuss available options.
